Prof Billy M Williams  is currently serving as the President of the DOCCSA. Dr B Williams has more then 38 years of ministry experience and has functioned in the apostolic for many years Prof Williams is a sought after speaker and has lectured and taught all around the Africa continent. Prof Williams  has birthed many ministries included in those are ZMI ACADEMY and MZU School of Theology , which assists a great number of  students a year with ministerial training and education. Dr Ruth Williams has been appointed as President Lady over the Doccsa Womens League. She has served over thirty years  faithfully and support the vision unconditional, Her role will be to mobilize DOCCSA women globally to assist the DOCCSA vision

Deputy President / Doccsa Council of Churches

Prof R Johnson and his wife Dr M Johnson, has been faithful leaders for the past 21 years. He is now the Vice President of DOCCSA  and the Apostolic leader of DOCCSA Ministries in SA as the DOCCSA Chapel. He is passionate about equipping the Body of Christ for the work of ministry and bringing together and preparing pastors for the destiny of God.  His wife Dr Melissa Johnson will play a vital role in assisting the DOCCSA women’s league and  serve as an  Executive member.

National Spokesperson/ Doccsa Council of Churches

Bishop Dr Happy Hlempu has served as the  Senior pastor of the Sheild Ministries Intl for over eighteen  years. He graduated from many credible Universities and earned a Master of Theological Studies from Immanuel Theological Institute. He currently teaches in Bible schools and seminars in many nations and appointed as Deputy National Director for ZMI/MZU institution under DOCCSA>

General Secretary / Doccsa Council of Churches

Apostle Dr Alexander Dennis serves as the General Secretary of Doctoral Council of Pentecostal Churches as well as the National Director of ZMI/MZU Theological Institutions of DOCCSA. He is also the senior pastor of the Salt and Light Ministries Intl in the Eastern Cape Province. He has many years of SETA and SAQA relations experience. He is a great asset to towards the Doccsa vision. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Theology from Team Impact Christian University and also a National Diploma In Human Resource from PE Technicon operating now as NMMU University in SA.

Presidential Advisor/ Doccsa Council of Churches

Bishop Dr HR Mokoena has served as the Bishop of Lord Touch Evangelical Ministries for over 25 years. He graduated from many credible bible college, universities and hold a PhD in religious studies from Immanuel Christian Theological  College currently teaches in Bible schools and leadership seminars throughout the South Africa. He has become a role model to members within the Doccsa vision.

National Chairperson / Doccsa Council of Churches

Apostle Dr M Jumat has served as a missionary to Africa, having established a Bible school and taught seminars for over 25 years. He now serves as the Senior Pastor of Strand Revival Miinstries in Cape Town and served on many structures on Community Developments projects in Cape Town. He is known for his exceptional contributions and support towards the Strand community. He carry great wisdom for the body of Christ.

National Director / Doccsa Ministries in SA

Apostle Dr H Williams has served in the apostolic ministry for more then fifteen years.He has been coached and studied apostolic and prophetic at the Heart Leadership College. He is also in ministry for over 20 years. He now serves as the Senior Pastor of Spiritual Revival Ministries in Uitenhage  and served on many structures on Community Developments projects in Uitenhage.. He is known for his great achieve as the Provincial Chair of Doccsa and assist with the appointment of marriage officers at Head Office.
