Faculty Members

Dr Wellman L Mrara is President of MZU School of Theology and Academic Head of the Faculty of theological studies.

Highly qualified academic leaders has been appointed and they have been approved by the University of Hebron seniors including the verification with all their necessary academic credentials and qualifications.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF PROGRAMME

APPLICATION AND ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS
MZU application form together with the following documents:
– Original of Certified copy of National Senior Certificate
– Original of Certified copy of ID document
– ID photograph of student
– A request for Recognition of Prior Learning(if required).Certified
copies of all completed qualifications are necessary
– Payment of enrolment or registration fee

REGULATIONS FOR ENROLMENT INTO THE BACHELORS
PROGRAMME
– National Certificate (Grade 12) with a minimum of 33% in English
with an achievement rating of 3 ( Moderate Achievement of 50- 59% or
better) in at least 4 National Senior Certificate subjects

MZU SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY ONLINE PROGRAMME IN COLLABORATION WITH UNIVERSITY OF HEBRON IN MALAWI.

MZU School of Theology is a sustaining accredited member of the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR BIBLICAL STUDIES in INDIA. APPETD represents its member colleges and universities independently is not being part of government. We are in partnership with University Of Hebron that is fully accredited with National Council of Higher Education in Malawi in accordance with Department of Education in Malawi requirements.

The USA based Ballsbridge University has also given us affiliation to oversee Honorary Degree Programmes. MZU School of Theology faculty members oversee each MZU Honorary Degree Committee according to our policy.

Dr Wellman L Mrara

President / MZU School of Theology

Dr Wellman L Mrara has served in the apostolic ministry for more then forty five years.He has been coached and studied up to a Masters Degree in Theology from Kwa Zulu Natal University. He is also in ministry for over 46 years. He now serves as an Executive member for many years at the African Gospel Church in SA. He authored more then four books and mentored many students countrywide. He also obtained many Doctorate degrees from different Universities around the globe.
